Our canopy has been completed and a new warehouse has been added to improve our logistics and stock holding capacity.
Our high level, wet weather, loading canopy has been added to one of our main manufacturing facilities. This now means that we can get product to our customers quicker than ever or straight into our multiple warehouse locations for delivery on a stock-and-serve basis. Phase 2 of this development is planned for late 2019 and will provide an undercover loading area for multiple vehicles.
As these improvements increase our efficiency throughout the business, we are manufacturing more than ever. For this reason we have acquired an additional warehouse on the Sydenham Industrial Estate to increase our storage capacity to 5,500 pallets of finished goods.
