0201

SRP
M/A

Industry standard box, the most common type of regular case used. Flaps on the top and bottom which meet in the middle and require taping.

The 0201 regular case will be designed & manufactured to suit the specific length, width and height of your product to ensure an excellent fit. It does not require tooling to produce. We can produce 0201 in a wide range of fluting profiles (B, C, E, BC, EB and others). This means we can tailor the box to offer the right amount of protection for your product at the right price.

The cheapest option is to have a glued case, manufactured plain in a brown board, simple and very effective. We can also produce in white board and as alternative to glue we can stitch (staple) the cases. The addition of print to a box is an inexpensive way of increasing brand awareness and offers a more professional finish when arriving with your customer. Once manufactured each bundle is strapped and palletised. The boxes are flat packed, simply pop them up and close using the flaps, taping to seal.

Measurements Explained

All dimensions are expressed as internal dimensions in mm as follows:

Length (L) x Width (W) x Height (H)

Length (L)

:

Longer dimension at the opening

Width (w)

:

Shorter dimension at the opening

Height (H)

:

Dimension from the top of the opening to the base

Variable (v)

:

A variable dimension defined by the design attributes

The dimensions L, W, H and v are specified in each description of the case construction, for some designs the numerical value of W can exceed the numerical value of L.

Dimensions should be measured on the flat blank from the centre of crease bearing the thickness of the material in mind.

For telescope-type boxes:

The height (h) of the upper part (lid) should be given as a fourth measurement after an oblique stroke.

Example:
355
(L)
X
205
(W)
X
120/40 mm
(H)/(h)

For cases with overlapping outer flaps:

For cases with overlapping outer flaps:
The length of the area of overlapping (o) should be given as a fourth measurement after an oblique stroke.

Example:
355
(L)
X
205
(W)
X
120/40 mm
(H)/(o)

For cases with overlapping outer flaps:
