Self-locking trays, these are stackable when loaded with product, generally used for packing tins, jars or bottles.
Brown on the inside and outside is most common and cost-effective but we can also offer white aswell. There is the option of printing the tray to increase brand awareness and make the tray more eye-catching.
You will often see these trays in supermarkets printed with product details or brand image. The trays can be manufactured in different options to suit your budget.
The trays are supplied flat packed, they are very easy to assemble. Trays can be bundled into manageable quantities if this suits your storage.
All dimensions are expressed as internal dimensions in mm as follows:
Length (L) x Width (W) x Height (H)
:
Longer dimension at the opening
:
Shorter dimension at the opening
:
Dimension from the top of the opening to the base
:
A variable dimension defined by the design attributes
The dimensions L, W, H and v are specified in each description of the case construction, for some designs the numerical value of W can exceed the numerical value of L.
Dimensions should be measured on the flat blank from the centre of crease bearing the thickness of the material in mind.
For telescope-type boxes:
The height (h) of the upper part (lid) should be given as a fourth measurement after an oblique stroke.
For cases with overlapping outer flaps:
For cases with overlapping outer flaps:
