Job Vacancy - Structural Designer

The Box Factory is recruiting for a Structural Designer to join its Design team in its Royal Leamington Spa-based HQ. 

Are you an experienced designer and passionate about creating innovative packaging solutions? If so, in this role you will play a crucial role in designing and sampling various types of corrugated packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and sampling all types of corrugated packaging using Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Collaborating closely with our sales team, customers, and the production team to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensuring designs meet both functional and the cost requirements for our customers while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry, with a focus on structural design.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating corrugated packaging samples, with preference to AG CAD .
• Knowledge of KMSS’s SPOCS system and Adobe Illustrator would be a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across our team
